Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trigr (“the Service”), operated by Trigr Technologies Inc. (“Trigr”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Trigr is an AI-powered Revenue Intelligence platform that helps sales teams identify buying signals, manage deals at risk, and generate personalized outreach. Features include:
- Buying signal detection from multiple data sources
- Gmail integration for revenue intelligence
- AI-generated prospect research and email sequences
- Deal risk monitoring and alert systems
- Revenue Voice AI for personalized outreach
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Trigr, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at media@gotrigr.com
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms if registering on behalf of a company.
4. Payment Terms
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial payment. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial months
- Price changes: We will provide 30 days notice before changing subscription prices
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Trigr to:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without a white-label agreement
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
- Use the Service to scrape or harvest data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Data Ownership
You own all data you bring into Trigr, including your contacts, email threads, and deal information. Trigr does not claim ownership of your data.
By using the Service, you grant Trigr a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the features described in Section 2. This license terminates when you delete your account.
We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
The Trigr platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by Trigr Technologies Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Trigr name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trigr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, or data — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid Trigr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By you: Cancel your subscription and delete your account from Settings
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
